Potch Academy / Tina Schöltz Self Defense
Class
Last week, Steyn dojo's black belts assisted
in a self defense class given to the
students from the Potch Academy. The session
was presented by Sensei Stephan and focussed
on the familiarization of a few easy and
effective techniques which they could used
if ever needed. Brandon Sensei also
demonstrated a few pressure points to the
students which they could use to extract
themselves from different situations.
